Mr. Abe gained experience in import suspension proceedings at Japan Customs while handling trademark and design cases for foreign clients at the JPO. He has experience in translation of various documents including legal documents from English into Japanese or from Japanese into English, checking translations, making databases of in-house translated documents, entering and managing data in databases, and so on. Mr. Abe also has been involved in intellectual property practices from the administrative side through patent and trademark administrative procedures.
