Dr. Ogawa is qualified to represent parties in court in IP litigation. He specializes in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. In addition to his experience at a private patent firm filing patent applications at domestic and overseas patent offices on behalf of Japanese clients, Dr. Ogawa also has experience at research institutes evolutionarily analyzing microorganisms, constructing databases of microorganisms, providing services to identify microorganisms, and researching microorganisms from a view point of phylogenetics.
