Profile

Mr. Takahashi specializes in electronics and software. His practice area is mainly focused on patent prosecution and enforcement for clients in the ICT industry. Furthermore, he actively keeps up-to-date on changes to the JPO Patent Examination Handbook for AI-related inventions and monitors relevant judicial cases at the IPHC in Japan.  He has served as a lecturer for patent enforcement in AI and IoT at an international organization and for his clients. Prior to joining SHIGA, Mr. Takahashi had experience in SoC design and verification at Renesas Electronics Corporation, and conducted research on speech recognition and synthesis in university.
