Expertise and Experience:
Prosecution, opinions, trials for invalidation, oppositions, and suits against
trial decisions. Mr. Jitsuhiro specializes in organic synthetic chemistry,
pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, polymer chemistry, polymer processing, molding
techniques, xerography, lithography, rapid prototyping methods, and plastic
recycling. He was an examiner in the Polymer Processing Division (JPO), 1993 -
1997, and a consultant at the Center for Intellectual Property Rights in Saga
Prefecture, 1997 - 1998. He has served as a lecturer for a training course at
the Japan Intellectual Property Association since 2006.
