Mr. Yamazaki specializes in polymer chemistry, photolithography and semiconductors. He conducted research on chemical vapor deposition of photo-sensitive films used for semiconductors. He has experience in research and development of photodielectric materials, development of color filters, liquid crystal molecular orientation materials, photoresists, and KrF and i-line resists. Mr. Yamazaki has experience with the assembly of CCD elements and system LSI photolithography.
